Obesity and effective sex

Lack of nutrients does not play a significant role in reducing sexual desire in young people or the elderly. Although researchers have found selenium and zinc to be effective, it is not well established. Obesity is perhaps one of the most important nutritional problems affecting sexual desire.

Obesity in men, with changes in the levels of male hormones, causes impotence, such as erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation, and so on. Of course, obesity due to obesity has nothing to do with age, and young and old obese people will sooner or later be involved in this issue. When obese men develop impotence, they first lose their self-confidence and the marital relationship becomes an anxious factor for them. Anxiety also increases the likelihood of failure in marital relationships.

Obesity in women also causes problems in marital relationships. Physiological changes that reduce sexual desire, on the one hand, and the natural problems of obesity in women, on the other hand, have a negative impact on marital relationship. In addition, obese women are more likely to get vaginal infections, which makes marriage more difficult.

For this reason, men and women should be sensitive to their weight from a young age and avoid becoming obese. Unfortunately, many disorders in the body are somehow related to a person's weight. From childhood, the child should be accustomed to eating healthy foods. Good foods maintain good blood circulation in the body and remember that a good marital relationship depends on good blood flow and a healthy nervous system.

Physical activity and exercise at all ages and even older ages build good muscle mass. Muscle mass and good physique also play an important role in human happiness. Neurological and psychological factors also play an important role in establishing a successful marital relationship.
